Radius Security: Systems Applications Coordinator

Job Description:

The Systems Applications Coordinator provides support for computer applications throughout the Vancouver Fire and Radius Security organization.  Working closely with stakeholders within each business unit, the Systems Applications Coordinator is responsible for configuring applications to remove friction from day-to-day operations and sales.

Core Tasks:

  • Identifying with stakeholders’ areas of friction within various systems and applications
  • Specifying, documenting, and implementing changes within the systems and applications
  • Following generally accepted User Acceptance Testing methodologies to ensure satisfactory results
  • Examples:
    • Customizing templates in electronic contract software
    • Implementing requested customizations in the organization’s CRM
    • Supporting testing, training, and role out of mobile inspection tools
    • Customizing reports and projected displays of KPI’s built in conjunction with the Business Analytics department
  • Supporting data integrity and testing processes during evaluation and rollout of new softwares.
  • Participates in the development, maintenance, and implementation of policies, procedures and manuals for systems and applications as required.
  • In conjunction with other team members, coordinates, and implements changes and enhancements systems and applications.
  • Participates on committees as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Graduation from a recognized diploma or degree program in Computer Science, Information Science, or a technology focused Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year recent and relevant experience

Knowledge:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Specific application knowledge is an asset
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint
    • Basecamp
    • PandaDocs
    • HubSpot
    • Sedona
    • Zendesk
    • FireNSpec
    • Etc.
